Location: On-site in Boulder, CO (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Prepare and process purchase orders using NetSuite ERP to support lab operations and system builds.
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain strong relationships with established suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier discounts and payment terms to optimize costs.
• Track material orders through to delivery and resolve any logistics issues.
• Define and deploy cross-company inventory and equipment management processes, including WIP/CIP measurement.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve procure-to-pay and invoice match exceptions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Solid understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and inventory management workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google tool suites.
• Clear, concise communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boulder, CO.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP systems.
• Experience with Asana.
