What you will do

• Lead and manage a wide range of global office projects, including office openings, closings, moves, and miscellaneous initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments (IT, Security, Communications, People Operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage external vendors, handle RFPs, and negotiate competitive proposals for office services.
• Ensure all office designs comply with corporate brand standards, accessibility requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Manage global lease agreements, track budgets, and control scope creep across concurrent projects.
• Oversee the setup of all workspaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate real estate or a related project management field.
• Proven experience managing office or construction projects from approval through delivery.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget development and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across different global geographies.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Must be located in or able to work from Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP, FMP, or AutoCAD equivalent certification.
