What you will do

• Lead integration planning and execution, grounding activities in a deep understanding of the acquired business.
• Conduct structured discovery to map organizational structures, operating models, and financial drivers.
• Develop integration roadmaps, workstream plans, and Day 1 readiness strategies.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Supply Chain functions.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting for steering committees and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain integration playbooks and tools for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 7+ years of experience leading business integration, M&A, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience partnering with Finance leaders to analyze business models and cost structures.
• Expertise in developing executive governance frameworks and integration roadmaps.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
