Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of cultivation and yield-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and subcontracting needs.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Oversee onsite activities to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to safety and GMP protocols.
• Manage financial components of contracts, including purchase orders and invoice reviews.
• Supervise and mentor the Data Technician Co-op student to support program deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in manufacturing, food production, or healthcare.
• Post-secondary education, preferably with an Engineering focus.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and execute projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong understanding of contract language and basic contract law principles.
• Ability to work onsite in Bradford.

Nice to have

• PMP designation or equivalent certification.
• Experience with R statistical software and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry.
