What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production of complex live experiences, including the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces.
• Interpret and validate CAD drawings for lighting, sound, and power plans, and conduct site visits to ensure technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain production budgets, track operational spends, and manage event P&Ls.
• Develop and monitor production schedules using Gantt charts and other project management milestones.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with external vendors, staffing agencies, and MSAs.
• Coordinate design reviews and translate complex technical challenges into actionable business decisions for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in live event or entertainment production (theatrical, concerts, touring, or experiential).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex productions with high budgets.
• Deep knowledge of technical production, logistics, and venue permitting.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing extensive vendor networks.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Toronto with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
