What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Translate high-level ideas into actionable project plans with defined scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent high-priority projects while proactively anticipating risks and dependencies.
• Drive accountability and remove blockers through project forums, stakeholder meetings, and status updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Legal) and senior leadership up to VP level.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com to maintain organization and track progress.

Requirements

• Strong experience in project management, program management, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and large-scale product launches in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and managing senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• English: Fluency required as a working language.
