What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, serverless microservices powering the migration lifecycle (assessment, schema conversion, data movement).
• Build agentic workflows integrating with developer tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex for natural language-driven migrations.
• Own operational excellence by defining SLAs, building dashboards, and driving root-cause analysis during incidents.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, write design documents, and conduct high-quality code reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, product managers, and AI/ML partner teams.
• Mentor SDE I engineers through pair programming and design guidance.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, source control, and build processes.
