What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, and retrieval orchestration.
• Build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation including tenant isolation, usage tracking, and audit logs.
• Develop APIs and service interfaces for AI agents, MCP tools, and internal applications.
• Collaborate across product and infrastructure teams to balance fast experimentation with long-term reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, and traces to improve system reliability.
• Shape the technical direction regarding storage choices, API contracts, and deployment patterns.

Requirements

• Experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
• Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience using observability tools for system troubleshooting.
• Must be located in Spain, Sweden, UK, Ireland, or Germany

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows.
• Experience as a data analyst or with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience building tools for data engineering.
