Salary: €65,000–€81,000 (Base compensation in Spain)

What you will do

• Design and operate reconciliation systems to track desired stack state and repair drift across cloud environments.
• Collaborate on stack lifecycle workflows to ensure reliability, observability, and resilience.
• Reduce deployment complexity and contribute to stack configuration reconciliation projects.
• Manage rollout mechanisms for plugins, dashboards, data sources, and Grafana versions.
• Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignment and integration failures.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, and participate in follow-the-sun OnCall rotations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland, or Sweden
• At least 1 year of fully remote work experience
• Professional experience with Golang
• Experience working on a SaaS platform and familiarity with distributed systems concepts
• Familiarity with Kubernetes in AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Experience participating in blameless incident response and post-incident reviews

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience with Kubernetes control-plane patterns, operators, or reconcilers
• Experience with Jsonnet/Tanka, Terraform, Flux, or Argo
• Experience with SaaS provisioning, tenancy, or regional expansion
