Senior Engineer - Data Onboarding (Go/Distributed Systems): Developing capabilities for frictionless 3rd party data onboarding into the NG-SIEM platform with an accent on high-availability and scalability of distributed systems. Focus on building autonomous AI agents for onboarding and optimizing ingestion of petabytes of data across multiple regions.

Location: Must be located in Dublin (Ireland) or Aarhus (Denmark)

What you will do

• Develop capabilities to support frictionless 3rd party data source onboarding for customers.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems involving high availability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain high-performance systems using Go.
• Support globally available, multi-region systems in production.
• Lead cross-team platform initiatives and collaborate with UI/UX and other product teams.
• Participate in the monthly on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software design and maintenance, preferably in a SaaS delivery model.
• Proven technical leadership in designing features that span multiple disciplines.
• Fluency in Go (preferred), Scala, Java, or .Net.
• Experience with transactional databases (MySQL, Postgres), Docker, K8s, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Track record of operational excellence in managing services across multiple geographical regions.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale distributed system architecture, scalability, and optimization.
• Interest or experience in driving agentic-AI projects.
• Experience with commercial cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Prior experience in the Cybersecurity domain.
