Account Executive, MidMarket - French Speaking (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Executive, MidMarket (SaaS): Leading the growth and adoption of AI-powered customer agent solutions within the Mid-Market segment with an accent on consultative sales and full-cycle deal management. Focus on driving net new business in a competitive landscape and aligning product value with client needs.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland or London, England). Must be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for Mid-Market customers, from prospecting to closing.
• Evangelize hirify.global’s products to drive growth and adoption within the Mid-Market segment.
• Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations based on specific client needs.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain visibility on performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to represent the voice of the customer.
• Contribute to the global Enterprise business by pioneering new best practices and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Spoken French at a business level is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
