What you will do

• Support Account Executives in identifying prospect fraud and compliance needs.
• Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase platform impact.
• Interface with security teams to articulate security posture and complete security reviews.
• Create comprehensive Solution Designs and complete RFPs for competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify improvements and prioritize solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise customers.
• Experience within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain.
• Proven success working with large financial institutions, banks, or global enterprises.
• Technical proficiency with API-based products, JSON, and ability to read code in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical personas.
