What you will do

• Develop and maintain digital product demonstrations, self-guided tours, and interactive walkthroughs to accelerate the buying journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create consistent, high-quality engagement models.
• Support digital-first sales enablement by producing asynchronous training content and scalable learning resources.
• Monitor field feedback and internal communication channels to surface product insights for content improvement.
• Maintain a centralized repository of seller-facing digital assets to ensure alignment with current messaging and positioning.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in presales, sales, or a technical customer-facing role (internships accepted).
• Must be located in the United States (California/Bay Area).
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with a focus on demonstrating customer value.
• Basic familiarity with SaaS technologies and curiosity about APIs and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
