What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between internal engineering and client IT, system administration, and DevOps teams.
• Lead the planning, installation, and integration of solutions across physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
• Deliver advanced professional services, including product customization, technical deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Define technical requirements, brainstorm solutions, and develop roadmaps for both business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer to partners and customers via technical documentation and training.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and maintain high levels of post-sales satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience integrating products in complex environments (APIs, Kubernetes, network troubleshooting).
• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with corporate IT frameworks including virtualization, VDI, and application management.
• Strong proficiency in DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell.
• Knowledge of SQL database management and software development (preferably Go, Java, or Python).
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
