SharPay is an international fintech company delivering payment solutions for businesses worldwide. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help grow our global client network and build strategic partnerships.

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager with experience in FinTech, payment systems, or banking to drive business growth across international markets. In this role, you'll develop new partnerships, lead commercial negotiations, and work closely with merchants and business clients to deliver payment solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, clients, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the sales process through to successful partnership launch.
• Present SharPay's payment solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
• Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FinTech, payment systems, or banking.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and international payment flows.
• Knowledge of licensing, compliance, risk management, and information security within financial services.
• Experience working with international B2B clients and partners.
• English at B2 level or higher with confident business communication skills.
• Arabic or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
