What you will do

• Develop and implement a scalable global mobility and immigration framework aligned with company growth.
• Oversee global work authorization processes and partner with Legal to ensure compliance.
• Establish policies for international business travel and short-term work activities.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, EOR providers, and relocation vendors.
• Create reporting mechanisms to track immigration timelines, compliance exposure, and program performance.
• Provide structured guidance to leadership on regulatory risk and operational feasibility for cross-border movement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or workforce compliance.
• Demonstrated experience designing or scaling mobility programs across multiple countries.
• Experience supporting immigration processes in regions including Europe, APAC, or the Middle East.
• Strong working knowledge of cross-border compliance risks and documentation standards.
• Ability to operate independently and provide structured guidance in evolving environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Experience in high-growth or globally distributed organizations.
