What you will do

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll services to customers using customer-provided data points.
• Resolve customer inquiries and investigate payroll discrepancies to provide clear resolutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and automated workflows to enhance service speed, quality, and consistency.
• Apply human judgment to review, validate, and escalate AI-generated recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lehi, UT to support the hybrid work schedule.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll, customer service, operations, HR technology, or finance operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Comfort working with software, data, and a willingness to adopt AI-powered tools.

Nice to have

• Experience processing payroll or supporting payroll-related inquiries.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, or timekeeping software.
• Payroll certifications such as FPC or CPP.
• Experience with workflow automation or process improvement in a fast-paced tech environment.
