What you will do

• Configure and maintain HRMS modules including Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Automate business rules and workflows to align with people processes.
• Manage system integrations, interfaces, upgrades, and releases.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC audit requirements through regular reviews.
• Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve HRIS tickets efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with comprehensive HRMS (preferably UKG Pro).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience in platform configuration, user access, and security management.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and legal compliance requirements).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to enhance system performance and optimization.
• Hands-on experience supporting SOX and ITGC audits.
