Service Delivery Manager - Data & AI (Palantir)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir-based programs from initiation through completion.
• Align project demand with available delivery resources, skills, and capacity across multiple customer engagements.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, resource utilization, risks, and overall project health.
• Facilitate project status meetings, delivery reviews, customer updates, and operational governance sessions.
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, risk and issue logs, meeting outcomes, and action-item tracking.
• Act as the primary escalation point, driving issue resolution and supporting recovery plans when delivery obstacles arise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
• Experience supporting customer-facing delivery organizations and managing technical or data projects.
• Experience with Palantir or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events.
