What you will do

• Own CRM data integrity in HubSpot, optimizing automations and enforcing hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain revenue dashboards (pipeline coverage, conversion, deal age, win rates) for weekly reviews.
• Support forecasting through bottom-up analysis and pipeline inspection to surface risks.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to inform GTM strategic decisions.
• Measure the impact of outbound, ABM, and marketing motions to optimize spend.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to translate complex analysis into executive narratives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or a similar analytical GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning CRM data quality and driving accuracy improvements.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills combined with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation stacks (HubSpot is a strong plus).
• Ability to present complex findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
• Hands-on use of AI within a revenue tech stack.
• Exposure to attribution, cohort/LTV, or commission analytics.
