What you will do

• Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring field standardization and data hygiene.
• Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards for pipeline health and revenue forecasting.
• Design and manage deal desk processes, routing logic, and RACI as the organization scales.
• Partner with finance and sales leadership on capacity planning, quota design, and compensation modeling.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to automate manual reporting and operational tasks.
• Act as the cross-functional glue between sales, supply, legal, and finance to resolve friction points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B company.
• Deep hands-on experience with CRM architecture and workflow design at scale.
• Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and high agency in delivering hard numbers without spin.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in GPU clouds, hyperscalers, or high-performance compute environments.
• Experience scaling revenue operations during rapid growth (e.g., $200M to $700M+ run-rate).
• Technical proficiency in SQL or scripting for advanced data reporting.
