Salary: $142,600 — $257,600 (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to engage proactively with federally elected officials, Congressional staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Act as a registered lobbyist for the company, engaging with policymakers on Capitol Hill and in the Administration.
• Maintain deep fluency in regulatory issues including financial regulation, consumer protection, trade, tax, digital assets, AI/ML, and privacy.
• Track key legislative and regulatory activity to drive positive policy outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop cohesive responses to incoming policy hurdles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in federal government relations.
• Experience in financial services and technology sectors on Capitol Hill or within an Executive Agency.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for explaining complex policy positions.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing timelines in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Washington DC.
