What you will do

• Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence documentation in alignment with the TPRM governance framework.
• Maintain relationship records, governance logs, review schedules, and document repositories.
• Manage supplier invoicing processes and resolve discrepancies in coordination with procurement teams.
• Support pricing validation administration, tolerance breach tracking, and EMT oversight.
• Ensure the maintenance of complete audit trails for onboarding, due diligence, and invoice approvals.

Requirements

• Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with procurement and finance processes.
• Proficiency in managing multiple trackers and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Exposure to third-party governance/TPRM processes and investment operations data is desirable.
