What you will do

• Lead strategic management of critical suppliers and material deliveries.
• Manage subcontractor performance against documented Statements of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate weekly Supply Chain meetings and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Track and report metrics for on-time delivery and supplier risks.
• Develop material forecasts to support revenue commitments.
• Resolve technical and programmatic supplier issues.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or MBA/MS/JD degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and experience navigating ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and financial acumen to determine cost reasonableness.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace and defense production or technology transfer environments.
• Supply chain or contracts experience with the U.S. Government, DoD, or FAA.
• Continuous Improvement certification (Black Belt or Green Belt).
• Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
