Salary: $186,000 - $202,000

End-to-end Space Systems Provider designing, building, and operating LEO satellite constellations for Earth Intelligence.

What you will do

• Lead the integrated master schedule, budget, and risk register for EO/IR instruments.
• Coordinate technical architectures and ICDs into execution plans for PDR/CDR design reviews.
• Act as the primary interface between Mission and Spacecraft TPMs to ensure seamless vehicle integration.
• Synchronize internal resources (Scientists, Systems Engineers) and broader HW Engineering organization.
• Manage external vendors and critical component suppliers in partnership with the Supply Chain group.
• Lead programmatic coordination of root cause analyses for hardware anomalies to minimize critical path impact.

Requirements

• Ph.D. + 3y, M.S. + 6y, or B.S. + 8y experience developing imaging systems and infrared remote sensing instruments.
• 3+ years in a technical program management or engineering leadership role.
• Direct technical experience with LEO EO/IR instruments, sensor architectures, FPAs, and IDCAs.
• Expert proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with precision optical assembly, cleanroom operations, and space environmental testing (TVAC, random vibration).
• Experience with scripting or database languages (Python, Julia, SQL) for data integration.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
