System Architect, Awareness to Revenue (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own platform architecture, standards, data model governance, integration patterns, and release strategy across the Awareness to Revenue value stream.
• Guide integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and data and analytics platforms, including data contracts and Salesforce write-back patterns.
• Provide technical direction for sales forecasting, quote-to-cash and pricing, contract lifecycle management, customer success, and marketing automation capabilities.
• Define the shared technical vision for the Agile Release Train, including architectural enablers, non-functional requirements, and enablement capacity.
• Partner with solution and enterprise architecture teams, participate in PI Planning and System Demos, and mentor engineering teams.
• Identify technical risks and promote security, privacy, data governance, Lean-Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in a platform, system, or solution architecture role.
• Architecture-level experience with at least two platform categories, including CRM, data and analytics, IT service management/workflow automation, or ERP platforms.
• Experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework, including PI Planning and ART ceremonies.
• Working knowledge of data model governance, integration patterns, and release and lifecycle management within a major SaaS platform.
• Ability to deliver secure, high-quality, operable platform solutions and influence technical direction without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Salesforce platform architecture experience, including data models, integrations, quote-to-cash and pricing workflows, and embedded AI agents.
• Modern data and analytics platform experience, including data contracts, lakehouse architecture, and ML data pipelines.
• Experience with ERP, contract lifecycle management, IT service management, workflow automation, marketing automation, or customer success platforms.
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms, conversation intelligence, e-signature, and contract platforms.
• SAFe Architect or SAFe certification, or willingness to obtain it.
