Senior Solutions Architect (CRM/CCaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for CRM and Contact Centre as a Service transformation programmes.
• Establish Architecture Review Boards, approve integration blueprints, and enforce design governance.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators, challenging unnecessary complexity and technical debt.
• Own technical risk registers and conduct formal assurance reviews at key programme milestones.
• Design CRM, omnichannel contact centre, CTI, API, middleware, and legacy-system integration patterns.
• Communicate architecture decisions to executives, steering committees, and regulatory bodies while mentoring technical leads.

Requirements

• Deep solution architecture experience with enterprise CRM platforms, including SAP Service Cloud/C4C or equivalent systems.
• Extensive NICE CXone or comparable CCaaS experience covering omnichannel routing, IVR, APIs, and CTI/CRM integrations.
• Expertise in event-driven architecture, API gateways, middleware such as SAP BTP or MuleSoft, and cloud-to-legacy CIS integration.
• Experience leading client-side architecture for multi-vendor enterprise transformations valued at $10M or more.
• Background in the Energy & Utilities sector, including meter-to-cash, field workforce dispatch, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong governance, technical risk management, architecture documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, SABSA, or platform-specific application associate certifications.
• Experience with AI and automation modules such as Agent Assist or Virtual Agents in contact centres.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks at enterprise scale.
