What you will do

• Lead the execution of the VEGA implementation roadmap across engineering, mission operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software teams.
• Coordinate the delivery of target ground architecture supporting the Vantage and Pulse satellite constellations.
• Drive cross-functional planning, dependency management, and milestone tracking across multiple technical organizations.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align architectural decisions with scalability requirements and long-term platform strategy.
• Establish program governance, technical reviews, decision frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Ensure the successful integration of automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and mission responsiveness.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in aerospace, space systems, defense, or robotics.
• Proven experience delivering ground systems, mission operations systems, or cloud-based operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, integration, verification, and validation.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical leadership, and executives.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience with telemetry and command systems, flight operations, or network operations.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and infrastructure-as-code.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
• Active U.S. security clearance.
