What you will do

• Direct large-scale AI and data modernization initiatives from concept through operational deployment.
• Manage program execution across engineering, data science, platform, infrastructure, and cybersecurity workstreams.
• Coordinate technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, and release planning across integrated teams.
• Partner with operational users to translate mission needs into prioritized technical requirements.
• Communicate program health, technical risks, and schedule impacts to senior government and corporate leadership.
• Lead Agile delivery ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across engineering and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software development or AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional engineering teams delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Knowledge Graphs, Graph Analytics, or Neo4j.
• Hands-on exposure to Data engineering, ETL pipelines, and Big Data tools like Spark or Databricks.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Zero Trust architectures.
