What you will do

• Support monthly project cost reporting and validate cost expectations with the project team.
• Create earned value accrual templates and prepare standard journal entries for project settlements.
• Manage and quality-check monthly vendor billing forecasts in Excel.
• Review and approve contract drafts, change directives, and payment applications based on SOPs.
• Coordinate with the AP department to resolve vendor billing issues.
• Conduct financial research and analysis as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and accounting research.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews at company locations.
