What you will do

• Lead group budgeting, reforecasting, and consolidation processes across multiple divisions.
• Prepare Board and Executive-level reporting packs with clear variance analysis and forward-looking insights.
• Partner with divisional leaders to challenge assumptions and align financial plans with business strategy.
• Oversee monthly performance reporting and provide actionable insights on revenue and KPI trends.
• Lead complex financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and M&A.
• Develop and coach the FP&A team, driving continuous improvement in systems and reporting automation.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting at a senior level.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with experience in data analytical tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Experience managing and developing teams within a multi-entity or professional services environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from London in a hybrid capacity.
