What you will do

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis focusing on indirect costs, margins, and key financial metrics.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and trend tracking.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasts.
• Analyze costs across business units to identify opportunities for reduction and process improvement.
• Partner with senior management to assess performance and drive operational efficiency.
• Contribute to board-level presentations regarding financial performance and outlook.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in business finance or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
