Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York and contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Conduct and synthesize research on consumer product and device experiences for the Peacock streaming service.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to identify insight opportunities and research questions.
• Support the User Research roadmap to ensure stakeholder needs are met and aligned with organizational KPIs.
• Translate complex research findings into actionable recommendations to influence product direction.
• Manage vendors for specific projects and leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows.
• Promote a consumer-centric mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, managing projects from study design through reporting.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, usability studies, interviews, diary studies, card sorting).
• Experience with statistics and survey tools such as Qualtrics.
• Demonstrated success using data and insights to influence product decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and data storytelling skills.
• Must be based in New York to support a hybrid schedule (4 days/week in-office)
