What you will do

• Own UX/UI design for web experiences, including subscription, checkout, onboarding, and core product pages.
• Create prototypes and design variations for A/B and multivariate testing to validate business hypotheses.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify and resolve friction points and improve retention.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
• Analyze behavioral data from heatmaps and session recordings to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards across platforms.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong research-driven portfolio.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience in eCommerce or DTC web design, specifically subscription models and checkout optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Experience with qualitative research methods and behavioral analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Comfortable using AI-assisted prototyping tools for rapid validation.
• Deep knowledge of mobile-first and responsive web design across multiple devices.
