What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across EMEA legal entities under US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee finance operations including accounts payable, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany funding.
• Drive finance transformation through process standardization, optimization, and ERP enhancements.
• Support international expansion by establishing and integrating new legal entities across EMEA.
• Manage third-party providers, shared service organizations, and local finance partners to ensure service excellence.
• Develop and maintain an internal control framework to ensure SOX compliance and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience within a multinational organization.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager role.
• Proven experience managing multi-country accounting operations across Europe.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable global ERP platforms.
