What you will do

• Manage the Swiss corporate income tax agenda, including filings, audits, and negotiations with authorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Swiss tax matters and advise business stakeholders on complex issues.
• Develop and maintain the global Tax Control Framework to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within tax accounting and provisioning processes.
• Support strategic corporate projects, including M&A transactions and long-term tax planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Treasury, and Legal to ensure global tax consistency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field.
• Certified Swiss Tax Expert qualification (or in progress) is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Big4 firm or an in-house tax department of a multinational company.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, Swiss GAAP, and Swiss tax law.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pratteln, Switzerland, as part of a hybrid model.
• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
