Financial Analyst, Performance- & Initiative Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Perform in-depth quantitative analyses of Front Office trends, P&L impact, and balance sheet product usage.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives to improve Front Office profitability, including conceptualization, implementation, rollout, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Prepare concise, visually effective finance presentations for management meetings.
• Partner with Front Office teams and senior stakeholders across Accounting, Treasury, Capital Management, and Credit.
• Run business case assessments and market strategy reviews to support decision-making.
• Enhance performance management and reporting capabilities for long-term strategy execution.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable field, with an above-average academic record.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in finance, banking, financial services, or banking-focused management consulting.
• Knowledge of private banking and global financial markets.
• Advanced Excel and data-handling skills, with the ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses.
• Excellent presentation-writing, communication, analytical, conceptual, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, and eligibility to work in the country where the application is submitted.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Capital or balance sheet management knowledge, including the implications of interest-rate developments.
• Additional language skills.
