What you will do

• Manage performance steering and reporting, including the design of new revenue and cost management products.
• Conduct regular quantitative analyses and business case assessments for senior management.
• Build and maintain complex quantitative models to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Act as a sparring partner to the Front office regarding P&L, Balance Sheet, and other finance topics.
• Support regional financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop tools to enhance automation and data flexibility.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Econometrics, or a comparable quantitative field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a finance or related function within banking or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with an affinity for automation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zurich.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in VBA, Python, SQL, or R.
• Knowledge of data visualization or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• German language proficiency.
