What you will do

• Process bookkeeping and control AR/AP invoices, credit card expenses, and bank transactions.
• Match invoices with payments and prepare payment runs for suppliers.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Prepare monthly Hub reports and reconcile cash receipts from global offices.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve queries and support administrative tasks.
• Assist in annual and half-year closings and provide documentation for internal audits.

Requirements

• Accounting degree (e.g., “Diplôme d’aide-comptable”) or a proven accounting background.
• Knowledge of Swiss accounting and bookkeeping procedures and rules.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• English: B2 level required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the Proconcept accounting system.
