What you will do

• Support Private Wealth Advisors in meeting the needs of ultra-high net worth clients.
• Manage cash balances, process payments, and handle asset transfers in client accounts.
• Oversee the new account onboarding process and communicate directly with clients.
• Execute, process, and reconcile market trades and investment transactions.
• Liaise with internal product groups and other business areas to resolve client needs.
• Maintain account records, including contact information and risk profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant apprenticeship.
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Required: Proficiency in Italian and German languages.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
