What you will do

• Manage end-to-end group consolidation and financial reporting across all subsidiaries.
• Handle regulatory reporting, including capital adequacy and FINMA/SNB statistics.
• Monitor and control market, operational, credit, and liquidity risk profiles.
• Perform due diligence on trading venues, correspondent banks, and digital assets.
• Lead the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and coordinate ISAE audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate with subsidiary accounting firms.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/ACCA is a strong asset).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit or finance.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA) and Swiss GAAP.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and capital adequacy.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Geneva, Switzerland (hybrid).
