What you will do

• Achieve quotas by selling license and product renewals via phone and email.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Manage product renewal dates and provide pricing details to customers in advance.
• Generate leads to expand the current territory and drive growth.
• Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction trends within the CRM system.
• Develop accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable sales experience with demonstrated success.
• Proficient English level required.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
