What you will do

  • Execute lead and opportunity management processes to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other sales technologies to track and manage business development activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and ensure lead quality.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting.
  • Utilize value-selling methodologies to track opportunities and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico City
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inside sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and sales technology.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
