What you will do

• Support quotation processes and follow up on RFQs to ensure timely responses.
• Process customer orders and create Order Acknowledgments.
• Manage electronic invoicing (CFDI) and credit notes in compliance with Mexican fiscal regulations.
• Maintain and update sales order backlogs and ERP records.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for data analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and finance departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in foreign trade coordination.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is required for local fiscal operations).
• Proficiency in PC systems and ability to manage multiple technical/administrative platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial equipment or paper manufacturing machinery.
• Knowledge of CFDI 4.0 and basic fiscal processes in Mexico.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Conversational Portuguese.
