What you will do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and drills.
• Maintain strict quality and tolerances within .0003”.
• Interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and layout sheets.
• Inspect produced parts using micrometers, bore gages, and vernier calipers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and report operating difficulties.
• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with company safety policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool Programming & Operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical school education.
• Ability to read and interpret technical machine drawings.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations and technical problem solving.
• Ability to operate at least 2 different CNC machine tools.
• Previous experience as a Manual machinist.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mazak lathes (preferred for Day shift) or Mazak mills (preferred for Evening shift).
• Experience with Haas, DMG, or Integrex machinery.
