What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Monitor machinery and systems for signs of fault to minimize operational downtime.
• Propose and implement functional improvements to increase system efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities and adhere to company change control processes.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members for senior-level positions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, including conduit installation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler operations, and chiller systems.
• Understanding of Hazwoper, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, and protective clothing requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Allentown, PA.

Nice to have

• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment.
• Training and ability to perform welding.
• Experience with reverse osmosis process systems and U.V filtering systems.
