What you will do
- Lead and execute HR transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Partner with HRIS, Finance, and Legal to translate priorities into actionable, integrated plans.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end HR processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Apply structured change management to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Support the responsible use of AI, specifically Claude, within HR operations.
- Develop stakeholder education and training materials to build organizational capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, consulting, or program delivery.
- Proven track record of leading change management and process design in cross-functional environments.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to anticipate impacts across data, roles, and technology.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and their practical application in business operations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Advanced degree (MBA or related field).
- Direct experience with Claude or Anthropic's platform.
