Salary: $144,000 – $294,400 USD (varies by location)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product leaders, aligning talent and culture strategies with business priorities.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, role clarity, and operating model evolution to ensure scalability.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to identify trends and guide predictive decision-making.
• Lead complex, large-scale change initiatives to navigate transformation with clarity and speed.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership.
• 5+ years of experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or technical organizations in a high-tech environment.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Strong AI fluency, including the ability to leverage AI tools for decision-making and process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology product environments.
• Experience leading transformation or operating model evolution at scale.
• Familiarity with advanced people analytics platforms and AI-enabled HR technologies.
