TL;DR

Senior Manager, People Business Partner (HRBP): Serving as a strategic advisor to business leadership to deliver people strategy and build high-performing teams with an accent on employee relations, organizational design, and change management. Focus on aligning performance, recognition, and workforce planning with organizational goals to drive mission excellence.

Location: Remote positions are open to applicants based in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $86,196 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to drive workforce strategies and proactive strategic planning.
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Advise on organizational design to support strategic priorities and scalable growth.
  • Manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns with a balanced approach.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and career progression.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Must be based in the continental U.S. for remote roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
