What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Own the reliability, security, and scalability of the Engineering Productivity ecosystem.
• Translate developer pain points into intuitive self-service capabilities and "golden paths".
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI, for AI-assisted development.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across engineering teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers on cloud-native development and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership and driving technical strategy.
• Proven track record of building and operating an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) at enterprise scale.
• Strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and infrastructure automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (evidenced by 401k and EEO benefits).
