What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of software and Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Drive AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity and quality.
• Manage team execution, hiring, performance, and career development.
• Collaborate with Product Management to deliver scalable AI agent platforms.
• Design cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, Python, and C#.
• Build a Forward Deployed Engineering function to validate AI use cases with customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record leading enterprise platform or AI-focused development teams.
• Strong expertise in Python and C# development.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure for distributed cloud applications.
• Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or multi-agent systems.
• Integration of AI with ERP systems or complex business platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AKS, Functions, and Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
